Before you begin

We will always communicate important decisions about your claim with you over the phone or through a letter mailed to you.
We may include personal information in our email communications, such as your name, contact details, medical information, and other identifiable information. However, we will never share your Social Insurance Number (SIN).
To protect the security of your personal information, we will use encryption when we send you an email. However, emails may not be protected by encryption once they are received by your email service.
If you’d like to change the email address we will send emails to (terry.doe@email.com), please call our Claims Call Centre at 604.231.8888 (or toll-free at 1.888.967.5377). If you change your mind about using email on your claim at any point, our Claims Call Centre team can also update your email preferences.
