You are required to send us your report of injury within three days of the injury. By reporting promptly, you not only share your perspective but also support your employee by ensuring we have your information as we make decisions about the claim and any benefits we can offer. If you are not aware an injury occurred or have any concerns, please submit a report indicating this.
